Vision

Leafcomfy LLC organization, provides executive coaching to leaders through training and mentorship allowing them to create their narrative by rebranding themselves as transformative, social-emotional leaders.

Description

Our leaders had found themselves unable to be as visible and open to communication as before, which ultimately created the inability to build trust. Through our pillars of Vision, Transformation, and Impact, aligned to our 6P: Perceive, Prepare, Present, Position, Promote and Persuade and the NELP standards, our mission is to work with leaders to assist them in reflective inventory where they identify and develop their leadership skills. Through rebranding, they will repackage themselves as transformative, social-emotional leaders.
